Terms of service
Effective July 29, 2026.
These terms cover your use of purogy.co and anything you buy from us. Buying from us, or using the site, means you accept them. If you do not, please do not order.
We have tried to write these in plain language rather than the usual wall of capital letters. Where a term matters to your money — what you are charged, when, and how to stop it — we have said so directly rather than burying it.
Who you are dealing with
"We", "us" and "Purogy" mean the merchant operating purogy.co, at Purogy, 360 Av Du Président Kennedy, App 3211, Montréal, QC H3A 0H8, Canada. Reach us at support@purogy.co.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You must give accurate billing, shipping and contact details, and keep them current — a failed delivery or a declined card caused by stale details is not something we can fix on your behalf.
Health disclaimer, and please read this one
Purogy products are dietary supplements, not medicines. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
The Wormwood & Black Walnut Cleanse contains black walnut hull, which is a tree nut. Do not take it if you have a tree nut allergy. It also contains wormwood and goldenseal, which are potent botanicals.
Talk to your doctor before starting any Purogy product if you are pregnant, nursing, trying to conceive, under 18, taking prescription medication, or managing a medical condition. Stop taking it and seek medical advice if you have a reaction. Nothing we publish — on the site, in email, or in customer reviews — is medical advice, and it is not a substitute for your own physician.
Prices, currency and taxes
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude taxes and duties unless stated at checkout. If you are ordering from outside the United States, your card issuer sets the exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee, and your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. Those costs are yours, not ours, and we cannot estimate them for you.
We may change prices, discontinue products, or correct errors at any time. If a genuine pricing or description error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and either honour the corrected price with your agreement or cancel and refund the order in full. We do not silently charge a different amount than the one you agreed to.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation, and we may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud or reseller activity, or if we cannot ship to your address.
Our current line-up and how each product is sold:
- Wormwood & Black Walnut Cleanse — sold on Subscribe & Save. On the product page, every bundle option is offered as a recurring subscription, so ordering it there starts a subscription. See the section below.
- Bloat-Relief Detox Tea — available as a subscription or a one-time purchase.
- Vitamin D3 + K2 Softgels — one-time purchase only.
Subscriptions and recurring charges
This is the part most worth reading. When you buy on Subscribe & Save, you are authorising us to charge your payment method automatically every 30 days until you cancel. There is no fixed number of shipments and no end date. You keep 25% off the one-time price for as long as the subscription runs.

Your first charge happens at checkout, and each following charge happens on the same cadence. You can cancel at any time from Manage Subscription or by emailing support@purogy.co. There are no cancellation fees. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Shipping and delivery
We ship from a United States warehouse. Orders are typically packed within 24 hours on business days after payment confirms, and US standard delivery is usually 3–5 business days after shipment. Shipping is free on US orders over $25 USD and on every subscription refill. Details, including international orders, are in Shipping & Delivery.
Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; if a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will make it right.
Returns and our guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if a product is not right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery for a refund, opened bottles included. The mechanics are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Discounts, promotions and free gifts
Discount codes and promotions apply only as described at the time of the offer, cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and cannot be applied to an order after it is placed. Free gifts included with a bundle have no cash redemption value and are not separately refundable; if you return a bundle for a refund we may ask you to return the gift or deduct its stated value. We can change or end any promotion at any time, but never retroactively on an order you have already paid for.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your credentials to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
Reviews and anything you send us
If you send us a review, photo, testimonial or other content, you confirm it is your own honest experience and that you have the right to send it. You give us permission to use it in our marketing, with attribution to the name or initials you provide. We may decline or remove content, and we do not pay for or condition any incentive on a review being positive.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, scrape or overload it, interfere with its security, resell our products without authorisation, or misrepresent yourself. We may suspend access if you do.
Our content
The Purogy name, logo, site design, photography and text are ours or our licensors'. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission. You may of course share links.
Third parties
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other providers, and our subscriptions run on Shopify's subscription infrastructure. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their part of the transaction. We do not store your full card number. Our own handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limits
We provide the site and products as they are, and we do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here excludes liability we cannot exclude by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they do not apply to you.
Your statutory rights
Consumer protection law in your country, province or state may give you rights that these terms cannot take away — including rights to cancel, return, or receive a refund. Where our terms conflict with those rights, your rights win. Nothing here is intended to waive them.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada, and the courts of Quebec have jurisdiction — except where the mandatory consumer protection law of your own place of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which it may. Before starting any formal dispute, please email support@purogy.co; nearly everything is faster to fix that way, and chargebacks in particular are slower for you than asking us for a refund.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and the version live on this page when you place an order is the one that governs that order. We will not apply a change retroactively to an order already placed. Material changes affecting an active subscription are covered by the notice terms in the Subscription Policy.
