One-time purchase
Pay once, receive once. No future charges unless you place a new order.
Subscribe & Save
When you choose subscription at checkout, you authorize recurring charges on the schedule shown (for example, every 30 days, with larger bundles sending more each time). Each refill ships automatically until you cancel or skip.
How to cancel
- Use Manage Subscription, or
- Email support@purogy.co with your order number or checkout email
Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge. Cancellations are confirmed by email.
Skipping & changes
You may skip a shipment, change frequency, or update address/payment by contacting us before the next bill. No cancellation fees.
Refunds after a refill ships
Shipped refills remain covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee if the product isn’t right for you.
