Processing
Orders are typically packed and handed to the carrier within 24 hours on business days after payment confirms.
Delivery windows
- U.S. standard: 3–5 business days after shipment
- Subscription orders: free U.S. shipping on every refill
Tracking
You’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link once the label is created. You can also use Track Your Order.
Address changes
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email support@purogy.co with the corrected address ASAP. For subscriptions, update before the next billing date.
